SCS Software

The offices for SCS Software represented one of our biggest challenges. This leading Czech software development company, known for its unique product, is continuously growing and thus decided to move into new office spaces in Prague's Roztyly district. The new premises span three floors, covering a total area of 8,000 m². All three floors are connected by a distinctive staircase, which serves as the focal point of the entire interior.

The project combines natural materials, such as veneer panels stained in various shades, Unilin design laminate boards, luxurious Chivasso upholstery, and acoustic panels by REFelt.

Due to time constraints, the project was highly demanding, with installations progressing floor by floor. The building itself offers employees a wide range of amenities, including fitness areas, lounges, children’s playrooms, luxury meeting rooms, a barbershop, and even rooms for yoga and massages. The top seventh floor, with its stunning view of Prague, features a custom reception area with satin-finished glass and a bespoke kitchen designed as a semi-professional culinary space.

A particular challenge was integrating glass partitions in collaboration with our glass partition partner, Verti. Together, we developed a way to illuminate ordinary glass partitions, achieving a unique effect. The most recent addition was an outdoor kitchen, incorporating natural stained bioboard, a steel structure, and engineered stone.
