A standout feature is the deep blue accent wall with decorative elements, lending the room a sophisticated look, perfect for meetings with tenants and visitors. The project also includes a luxurious bathroom, combining modern minimalist design with premium materials. Pure white marble cladding contrasts with black accents, such as the shower set and toilet, creating an elegant and refined space.
